Chrystal’s love of outdoor activities and her personal journey with scoliosis fuel her ongoing curiosity about the human body. She views physical challenges as puzzles to solve, and her goal is to help others stay active and vibrant well into their senior years.
Her focus on fitness began when a chiropractor advised her that building strength would benefit her spine. While training for a triathlon, she became an indoor cycling instructor, marking the start of her wellness career. As people began seeking her advice, she dove into research on best practices and eventually became a certified personal trainer. Many of her clients arrived with pre-existing injuries, which led her to prioritize functional fitness and explore ways to balance and protect the body. She began studying stretching and strengthening techniques, and later left the gym to pursue massage therapy.
Since graduating in 2013, Chrystal has continued her education, blending scientific knowledge with intuitive insight. She believes every person is unique and thrives best with a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to wellness—one of the many reasons she loves working at Corbett Hill and being part of a collaborative team. She finds inspiration in helping people understand their own bodies and make meaningful progress with self-care.
In her free time, Chrystal enjoys restoring old houses, cycling through beautiful landscapes, backpacking, knitting with soft yarn, baking elaborate desserts, and spending time with her husband and quirky pets.
