We DO NOT bill health insurance for massage services. We DO bill for Motor Vehicle, Workers Comp., & Personal Injury claims.
Services that are not billed to insurance are eligible for a "Date-of-Service" discounted rate.
We will provide a Superbill for those who wish to self-submit to insurance.
Bodywork
Modalities range from Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, ART (Active Release Techniques), Trigger Point, Structural Sports Massage, AIS (Active Isolated Stretching), PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), & SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment).
**Please wear or bring shorts, leggings, sports bra as sessions are often active.
