We are IN-Network with: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moda, Providence, Regence, Trillium OHP, HealthShare of Oregon (OHP), Motor Vehicle, & Workers Comp. We do bill out-of-network insurances but we DO NOT bill: Medicare or Medicare supplement plans.

Services that are not billed to insurance are eligible for a "Date of Service" discount rate. A Superbill may be provided for those who wish to self-submit to insurance.
