Dr. Harden’s Chiropractic Mission Statement

I treat my patients to facilitate the innate (natural, in-born, God-given) ability to self-heal and self-regulate, by adjusting and educating patients whenever possible.  My goal is to maximize the human potential to thrive and achieve health by releasing the interference of spinal subluxation.

Treatment Involves

Dr. Harden combines deep tissue massage with hands on spinal adjustments for dramatic results in improving spinal structure and nerve function. When appropriate, he will also address nutritional needs, dietary changes, rehabilitation exercises and stretches, postural training, stress management and a myriad of other tools. He places a strong emphasis on patient education and empowerment for self-help toward the achievement of true wellness.

Comprehensive New Patient Evaluations include a History, Full Examination, Massage and Adjustment. (Should referral for x-rays or other diagnostic purposes be necessary, spinal adjustment may not be rendered on initial visit. X-rays are not required for all patients. )

Our Goals and Financial Information

The goal of Harden Chiropractic is to render care within our realm of expertise to stimulate your innate ability to heal.  We will always give 100% of our energy to accomplish this and will do our best to prevent financial constraints from interfering with your ability to receive this care.  Clients that pay the day they receive care and we do not have to bill for services will receive a 40% discount.
Dr. Harden is an in-network chiropractic provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, ODS, Lifewise of Oregon, and First Choice Health Network.  We can bill your personal health insurance, if you have chiropractic benefits.  If your insurance is not on this list, we can bill for any out-of-network chiropractic benefits.
If you have been in a Motor Vehicle Accident, Dr. Harden’s office can also bill your insurance for chiropractic care.  This does not require a referral from your MD.

    Hello Dr. Harden,

This is Wendy Hessel (Shelly’s family friend) I have come to see you on and off over the years and you don’t take my current insurance (which is so sad, because I would prefer to come to you only). You have be so beneficial with all sorts of things for my skeletal to internal body. Last time I saw you, you tried to get me set up on a leaky gut cleanse diet thing….. of course I started it and never finished it. I was wondering if you would be willing to send me a link or information on how to do that. I totally understand that if I can’t come and see you that you are unable to do so. But I just wanted to toss it to the wind and see if it is a possibility. Thank you for always being such a wise and supportive individual.

  • Lisa Owen

    Dr. Harden,

Can I please come and see you. I am researching my pain and I recently have seen a Dr. Steven Stanos an “osteopath’, I am crippled by my fear, I only trust your care. I want your opinion. I cannot function and even though I finally got surgery, I am not the same, its not pretty, You owe me nothing , but I am a better human being since the great care you have given me, and I just want to get the care the I need. I know you referred me to someone here, but seriously Portland, OR care is far different than people here in Seattle. Lisa

    • Dear Lisa,

    Dr. Harden,

I have been seeing you now for close to 20 years. I am a Police Officer and have had back pain off an on. You always have been able to adjust my back and get me back on the road of fighting crime. You have been a great friend and to be honest the most caring physician I have ever seen. Just a couple of months ago, I was involved in a snowmobile crash while out with family and friends and you treated me. Thanks to your laser treatment and adjustments, I haven’t missed any work. Thank you for your professionalism and friendship!

    • Hi John,
Thank you for your positive review and feedback. You may have been one of the first to receive laser treatment at our office, and glad to hear of the effects! Since the beginning of the year we have seen a multitude of positive results. We are excited to have you after all these years and honored to keep you in great shape to protect and serve!
